SingLink VPN

SingLink VPN gives free users a daily data allowance (200 MB mobile, 500 MB desktop) across ten randomly assigned nodes, with no card and no ads required. It is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Its free tier will not let you pick a country, which rules it out for region-specific streaming.
VPNCat

VPN Cat (快喵VPN) offers twelve free countries with no sign-up, which is the lowest barrier to entry here. It is ad-supported, and although it advertises a zero-log policy, its App Store privacy label discloses collection of advertising data, coarse location and user identifiers. Its publisher does not state a jurisdiction.
SunSon VPN
Not yet ratedSunSon VPN has no free plan. Its pricing page lists one option, ¥39.9 per month for unlimited data on three devices. Free use is limited to a 2-hour in-app trial that the provider does not document on its website. It discloses neither its operating company nor its jurisdiction.
Proton VPN

Proton VPN Free is the only plan in this list with no data cap, no speed limit and no ads. It covers ten countries on one device and is run by Proton AG in Geneva under Swiss law. Streaming and P2P are reserved for paid plans, so it suits privacy and general browsing rather than unblocking.
